Collection: Ruben Adalyan

Ruben Adalyan, a pioneering figure in late modern Armenian art, graduated from the Yerevan Institute of Fine Arts and Theater in 1956. Influenced by Pablo Picasso and Yervand Kochar, he broke away from socialist realism to explore surrealism, cubism, and expressionism. His experimental works in painting, sculpture, and photocollage positioned him as a key innovator who helped shape the direction of Armenian contemporary art.
